When do I get my free quote?
We try to get your quote back to you as quickly as possible and aim within a week or two after meeting. We work hard to keep you informed and make sure to keep you aware of what to expect and when.
When will my landscaping or hardscaping project start?
Depending on the weather, we plan on beginning work right on time. You will receive an idea of when we will begin the landscaping or hardscaping project when you receive your free quote.
Are my plants guaranteed?
Yes! Your plants will be guaranteed for 3 months to ensure they were not diseased or damaged during transplanting.
What is the fastest way to contact Stone & Branch?
Email is the quickest way to receive a response. It can take up to 5 business days before you receive a reply.
Do you provide mowing services?
We do not provide mowing services at this time.
Do I need to be present when the work begins?
Typically this is not necessary as we will have already met and discussed the plans together. If your presence is needed, we will be sure to let you know.
